Current holdings and estimated value
Search a wallet address to see the Apes it holds. Where the data is available, each holding has a model valuation and a recorded purchase cost. The page counts how many holdings have each, so you can spot gaps before relying on the totals.
The portfolio total adds up the available estimates for those holdings. Selling them could produce a different amount, and some may take longer to sell than others. The data and valuation details you can see depend on your membership plan.
Open an individual Ape valuation to see its range and comparable sales. Some holdings will have better price evidence than others.
What the portfolio numbers mean
| Metric | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Portfolio value | Available model values for the current holdings |
| Known purchase cost | Acquisition cost supported by the tracked history |
| Realized profit | Profit or loss on completed disposals, using the selected accounting basis |
| Profit | Realized results plus the estimated gain or loss on current holdings, where the necessary data is known |
Check the selected profit basis before comparing figures. Different accounting views can treat fees, gas, and protocol events differently. Coverage labels show how much of the history supports the calculation. These figures are in ETH and cover the activity ApePredictor has tracked; they aren't a tax report.
When a purchase price is missing
A transfer often has no purchase price attached. The owner may have moved an Ape between their own wallets, or paid for it in a private transaction. A protocol interaction can also move an Ape before we have enough information to account for it. None of those cases establishes a zero purchase cost.
If a purchase cost is missing, ApePredictor shows that gap. A subtotal based on known costs only covers that part of the portfolio. Check the event history and cost coverage to see which holdings are left out of a calculation.
The event history helps explain why an Ape moved. Posting loan collateral or receiving an Ape back from escrow differs from buying or selling it. Read the recorded event before treating a wallet transfer as a trade.
How to check a wallet
Start with the holdings
Check which Apes are included, which have estimates and which have known purchase costs.
Read the history and coverage
Review portfolio charts and market events. Filter by Ape to follow its history in the wallet.
Inspect the details behind a total
Open the profit breakdown to see which holdings and trades contribute to the total. Follow the links to individual Apes when you need to check a price or transaction.
Bored Ape wallet-tracker questions
Do I need to connect or sign with the wallet?
No. Sign in to your ApePredictor membership and enter the address. You can read its portfolio without connecting that wallet or signing a transaction.
Can I research a wallet I do not own?
Yes. You can look up any public Ethereum address. The transactions alone won't tell you who owns or controls it.
Does this cover every NFT collection?
This view covers the original Bored Ape Yacht Club collection. It leaves out other NFTs and assets in the wallet.
